CEW INTERNATIONAL founder and President Nick Shaw has the gaming industry in his blood. In the early 1970's his grandmother Angela was Card Room Manager at the world famous Crockford Casino. His own career began back in 1979, as a blackjack dealer at the Golden Nugget in London. After spells at the Casanova Club and the Palm Beach he moved to the Sportsman before completing his six years on the gaming floor of the Rendezvous in 1985. In 1992, after gaining valuable sales and marketing experience outside the industry, Nick was appointed International Sales Executive at John Huxley. Five years later he started his own London based casino equipment manufacturing company and in July 2000, CEW INTERNATIONAL relocated its operation to southern Spain in order to reduce costs and improve prices, quality and lead times to customers.
